Check user role in Workflow?
I have a custom workflow (using Workflow Manager) for approving estimates. However, I cannot get the condition logic to recognize the user's NetSuite role. I can successfuly check to see who the user is using field "User" (i.e, employee name list....Bill Smith, Sue Strong, etc.). However, the check for the "User Role" field (i.e., role list....CFO, CEO, VP Sales, etc.) always returns false.
Anyone try this, use workflow to check the user's role?
