Lock Item if User is editing - So Data is not Lost

Hi,

I have created the Lock Record Workflow (one of the easiest ones!) and it works (pat on the back). however it is locking out every single item and not what I want.

I want only those items locking out if a user is edit and updating the item. As we have encountered numerous times when they are multiple user in one item and they all save and only the latest information is saved not the other users.

For example -
Seo Guy is doing SEO, Copy guy doing Copy, Price Qty related guy doing his thing. and then The SEO, Copy & Price Guy all save at the same time but as the Price guy saves 3 seconds after SEO & Copy only his information is saved not the SEO or Copy. :h_a_w:
