Scheduled Email(s) with Workflow
Hi,
What I'm trying to achieve is quite simple but I am not familiar with Suite Script nor Workflow and was hoping that you guys would be able to point me in the right direction.
With new lead coming from our website, we would like to send an auto-reply email the next day. At the moment, the auto-reply email is driven by a saved search. With saved search, the email is sent the next day but at 4AM our time and it's not the ideal scenario for us.
With new lead enquiry, we would ideally want the auto-reply email sent the next day at 9AM.
