Problem: Outbound Case e-mails going out as @messages.netsuite.com
Hi,
When you set up a workflow to e-mail out (attached to a case record) using an employee record as the sender and a contact. the messages go out as {uniqueid}@messages.netsuite.com and not {uniqueid}@cases.netsuite.com
This is causing me problems sending e-mails to SMS e-mail addresses like {phone number}@txt.att.net because it seems that the messages.netsuite.com domain may have been blacklisted or dropped somehow by these providers. Ive tried two vendors AT&T and another, I cant remember.
