crmsdk tag in email message
I have a workflow that's working perfectly, it simply sends a copy of the sales receipt to the customer when a button is pressed.
However, I'd like to include the transaction number in the email subject.
I've tried adding <NLTRANID> and this just comes through as #<NLTRANID> on the final email.
Is there something different that needs to be done when adding a tag in the subject field?
