Workflow not setting field values
Hi,
I have a workflow which does various tasks based on the state of a particular field. Quite commonly it has to set other fields to particular values. However, although the log is showing that the workflow is attempting to set the values, the record does not change.
I've had various issues with this in the past, but for this Workflow I pretty much replicated an existing WF which does work.
I know it's hard to troubleshoot without seeing the entire workflow but I'll try to explain.
Firstly, it runs as a scheduled workflow off a saved search. The saved search is returning records and the WF is initiating, also the relevant records have populated "Active Workflows" and "Workflow History" tabs.
