Saved Search Workflow Not working for Newly Created records
Good morning,
I have a saved search workflow that sends an email when an opportunity is closed. The "Send on Create/Update" box is checked, and it works perfectly on records that already exist. However, if I create a new record, change the status to "Closed" then save the record, the email does not get sent.
Is this something that is not possible, or is there something I'm missing? Each person in the Recipient list has "Send on Update" checked as well.
