Trying to make a Custom Field mandatory of Sales Order=$0
I am trying to create a workflow such that if the sales order is created at no charge (amount=0) then I want to force a field to be mandatory. I believed I had it set up correctly but I cannot get it to work.
Workflow definition-Basic Information:
Record Type=Transaction
Subtype=Sales Order
Initiation=Event Based
Release Status=Testing
Event Definition:
Both On Create and On Update
Trigger Type=Before Record Submit
Event Type=both Create and Edit
Context=User Interface
Custom Formula = {amount}=0
I created a State called Zero Dollar Order
Trigger on=Exit
Event type=Create and Edit
