Creating a Task from a WorkFlow
Here's the scenario:
I have a Saved Search which finds transactions matching a specific criteria.
The WorkFlow uses this search as it's trigger, and runs avery 30 minutes.
When it finds a result, it then creates a Task.
I can create the task, populated with the various priorities and messages.
I can also attach the correct customer to the task by using:
Field: Company - Value Field: Customer
However, I've not been able to get the actual transaction to populate into the Task.
Anyone successfully doing this?
