Workflow to Make Inactive Discontinued Items

I am building a Workflow where when an Item is set to a Custom Status of "Discontinued" and the On Hand reaches Zero, it will mark the Item Inactive.  Unfortunately, in my Saved Search, I can't get the Item to show in my Results if On Hand is zero.  What am I missing???
