Custom records on iPhone app not showing data
Hello,
I have a custom record which is attached to each client. The custom records consists of many records with each record being identified by a type. There are about 15 record types each with their own form. All this works fine in the normal NetSuite environment however I am having problems with the iPhone app.
I can go to the client record > custom records under the client > this shows a listof all the associated custom record type in the client but when I click on one to dispaly the details nothing is displayed - it is just the grey screen, it can't dispaly the data. I have set permissions and tried different roles but with no luck.
0
