Sales Order Entry on Tablet
Anybody using Ipads for remote Sales Order entry? Or a third party like Handshake or Repspark?
We have a force of Independent Sales Reps (technically partners in Netsuite lingo, I believe).
They currently fill out pre-printed order forms and/or call our inside sales / customer service reps who actually key the orders into Netsuite.
Obvious concerns are the data entry time / errors related to inside sales keying in the orders.
Other major concern is getting "real time" inventory availability into the Sales Reps hands while they are face to face with customer.
I'm sure others have addressed this. Anyone care to share how?
