Looking for developer to migrate current sitebuilder site to mobile friendly design.

We have an ecommerce sitebuilder website that doesn't use online shopping - e.g. you can't add an item to your cart or checkout.  It's mostly a product catalog with a lot of other informational tabs, pages, and forms.  We're looking to have the site redone to be mobile friendly.  If anyone has experience in this area (has done this on at least a couple netsuite sitebuilder sites), please PM me.  Thank you.
