Signing Up for Training

I have been trying to register for SuiteFlow training for about a month now.  I have submitted the online form like four times and no one has ever contacted me.  I was hoping to take the fundamentals class prior to SuiteWorld and take the advanced class during SuiteWorld.  Any ideas why no one has contacted me?
