Training methods

Hi everyone,

I am new here and excited to have the opportunity to share knowledge.
I am new to NetSuite and was wondering what is your recommendations for the method of training?

I can do the system introduction by myself and prepare the training but believe that a proper train should be given while going deeper in each topic (Finance, Purchasing, Sales etc.)
I saw the on-line videos but they don't provide sufficient and full material for each topic...
Suggestions would be much appreciated !!

BTW - My company is based in Toronto, Canada. So if you know a good solution provider who also do user training I'd appreciate referring me.
