Advanced Revenue Management Training

I find that the training available for Advanced Revenue Management is pretty poor when it comes to actual use cases. For example knowing when to use the Prospective Change Order versus a Merge would be very helpful. ie: what types of practical situations are these meant to address. Plus there are very few working examples of any of the Advanced Revenue Management functionality. The training that is available focusses on the initial set-up and basic how-to's. But this is an advanced functionality and should have far more detailed training video's and examples available.

Does anyone know of a source for this type of training or expertise?
