Cannot upload project - "Bad Request"

I was happily coding away here and routinely pushing my updates to our test environment.  Then, out of the blue, I hit Deploy and I get "The remote server returned an error: Bad Request".

I tried closing/relaunching Eclipse, looking for updates, and clearing local Eclipse cache.  No change.

I can still perform a normal "Upload file in editor" on this and other accounts.  I just can't seem to deploy from SDF.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
