Problems with Contract Items not always being created from Approved SO
Hi, anyone having problems with Contract Renewals Contract Items not always being created, or problems with the R03 script?
I'm having inconsistent problems with Contract Items not being created from my Approved Sales Order (SO).
I process and Approve dozens or hundreds of SO's per day, and I've been in this Contract / Contract Item creation mode for @7 years, but suddenly I'm having a problem with an Approved Sales Order with 3 License Term Renewable Line Items not creating any of the 3 Contract Items on an existing active Contract.
We can't find any error log in the Create Contract Items script, and the transaction doesn't have anything unusual to how we've processed SO's before.
