Allowing Overship in Item Fulfillment
How can I allow an overship of an item in an item fulfillment? For example: A customer orders 50pcs of widget A. Widget A is a custom part and 51 is manufactured. When I go to fulfill the 51pcs NetSuite will not allow me to ship any more than what the customer has ordered. The only way around this is to change the original order quantity from 50 to 51, but that is not the proper way to do this.
Is there a setting I must turn on/off in order to allow overship of an item? I am sure this is something simple.
