Capturing pre-sales costs on projects
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to capture pre-sales costs on projects? Also it would be ideal to capture all non-billable/project costs associated with the project (like consultants time for learning something related to the project) to show total cost. I believe you can use the Include CRM Tasks in Project Totals checkbox but this only captures the time and logs it as actual work and not the cost from what I have tested. This seems to be backwards. These types of activities shouldn't go as actual work as this would mess up rev rec on projects but they
