Opportunity # in Projects
I'm hoping there is a solution to this that does not involve scripts:
Ordinarily, our business process is Opportunity -> Sales Order -> Project, but in some cases, our process can be Opportunity -> Project -> Sales Order (when we need to attach/hold resources but are not ready to issue a sales order). My question - is there a way to display the opportunity number somewhere within the Project?
Our problem is there is no way to get from a Project back to it's associated Opportunity without doing a search for that Opportunity.
