T&M Project Rev Rec
Hoping for a quick confirmation....
My requirements are such that I have to have Consolidate Projects on Sales Orders turned on, as well as using revenue commitments so that I can do % complete rev rec on fixed bid projects.
This creates a risk that I could have two lines on a Sales Order, one of which goes to a Fixed Bid Project and the other of which goes to a T&M project.
From what I've observed, this means that my T&M project SO line MUST have a revenue schedule and be included in the revenue commitment AND that all of the billable time entries be manually set on the Invoice with a revenue schedule.
