Non-Subsidiary Multi-Org

We're looking to setup a new company (separate legal entity) to handle our manufacturing, which is currently outsourced (we would treat this new company as a vendor).

I'd hope we could manage both in Netsuite, but I'm not sure how.

The manufacturing company would need no CRM or e-commerce (we'd only have 1 customer) but we would need to handle the accounting independently in both business.

Any suggestions on how to achieve this will be highly appreciated.
