Subsidiary v. Countries: downsizing a multi-national company
Our company has gone through right-sizing, consolidation, and splitting off various corporate organizations over the past few years.
With the new pricing model for NetSuite, we're basically paying FAR more than we need to just to see data from no-longer-existing corporate entities we had under OneWorld.
We used to operate in 8 countries: that's now 3. Everything is rolling up into a single subsidiary.
Does NetSuite permit downsizing? Or do we need to export the 3 countries we want into a new NetSuite account?
When I export all the data, the C-level folks are going to be asking me why we're not looking into another CRM--a valid question!
