NetSuite - ditch the horrible email formatting!
The case email formatting is terrible, it's like a 25' long web page! Wasted spaced left and right. It'd be one thing if the case messages were threaded clearly but it's just the same info repeated over and over and over with the latest reply sprinkled on top.
I use Word as my email editor and replying to the emails is sometimes impossible. Sometimes it will crash word, other times it's so slow to type that I need to wait a second or more between key strokes to see the text appear. This is on a 4gb ram, 3+ Ghz quad core machine.
