One thing that I find problematic when using the UG is that if your session times out or you happen to log out, it marks all threads read.  Once this happens there really is no way to see all posts for a given period of time in order to "catch up" (Other than "Today's Posts", which may not be enough).  The problem is worse if you skip a few days in the forum, because then it's difficult to get through all new posts in one session.  It also means that if you want to look at a single post, you
