Defects resolution

Does anyone else have problems with NetSuite resolving defects?  We have outstanding defects from two years ago that have not been resolved.  The most recent defects are a result of the newest upgrade, e.g. random pop-ups depending on the browser we are using, and the inability to view our checking account on the iphones or ipads.   They are logged as "defects" and we never hear from NetSuite again.  We either have to create work-arounds or live with it.
