Subsidiary on Vendor record

In OneWorld Account,

When I try to submit the vendor record with same "Represents Subsidiary" as "Subsidiary" then I get the error "Represents Subsidiary must be different than Subsidiary". Does anybody tell me, why NetSuite does not allow us to set the same subsidiary in both the fields?
