Deploying to SCA Vinson produces NETWORK_ROLES_ERROR even with admin access.

I'm trying to use gulp deploy to my SCA site and I keep getting the error:

{ [Error: An unexpected error has occurred.] type: 'NETWORK_ROLES_ERROR' }


I've got admin access under the account I'm trying to login with, so I don't know why it's not working. Granted, I was just recently granted access, but I should be able to deploy now, right?
