Making a HTTP call with file inside the file cabinet

I want to make a HTTP call to cloud storage API (to save space on the netsuite file cabinet) from netsuite to upload a file that is inside the NS file cabinet,

i can make HTTP calls fine without the file,

Ive sort of asked this quesstion while ago (before 2.0) and the nlapiRequstURL was unable to do so.

and was wondering if this is at all possible with the suitescript 2.0.

if it is, i would greatly appreciate a sample code.
