Can I style a field based on value ?

Hi,

I am trying to style a field (make text bold and red) whenever value < 35.
I tried to use pageInit for that but this seems to work only when user hits edit on that record I believe it is like that because SS is attached to a form.
Is there a way to do a conditional formatting ?
