Is it possible create a html page that url don't have query parameter like "&whence="

I want to integrate Onedrive on Netsuite transaction records for upload some document. But the Onedrive token authentication need a callback html page on Netsuite side. That callback page url do not allow including any query string. Like "&whence=". How can I create it on Netsuite side.
