Virtual PBX and phone pops and log a call.
Curious - does anyone have a need for or could use a "landline based" virtual pbx for their company that will also automatically pop a customer/contact record on a inbound call and will also automatically log a call in Netsuite after you click to dial a telephone number ?.
We already have a product called SkyyCall which is a virtual pbx with station to station calling + all the other features and click to dial from Netsuite. I was thinking on taking it one or two steps further and completely integrate it to Netsuite - all without any configuration needed in netsuite.
