Full Backup for External Storage

I need to create a Full Backup of all the data we have in NetSuite.

The Full CSV Export usually does not work.  I usually get:

"Notice
 
File not found. Please try your download again. "

Is there a way to get a full backup that I can burn in a CD or DVD to store externally?
