Custom Role for resetting password?
We have a need for a small group of Support Role employees to be able to reset passwords for our internal Netsuite Users. They operate in a 24/7 environmet, so today, they have to call on our System Administrator at all hours - problematic.
Can a Custom Role be created which allows them to do only this, without allowing them access to other Employee data?
