Best way to implement a large list of redirects

I am soon relaunching my Web site w/ NetSuite and all of the urls are changing from the previous Web site.

What would be the best way to implement over 3000 redirects?

Are rewrite rules allowed in NetSuite?

Any advice would be appreciated.
