Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Netsuite License Policy - Number of Users
Any chance of a "concurrent" user license license in the future at Netsuite?
We have morning part-time and evening part time employees with CSR roles and unfortunately we are paying for unique licenses for all of them even though they will never be concurrently logged into Netsuite at the same time.....
Same is true for some of our full time employees ... a few only log in for a couple hours a day or every few days.... yet again we are paying for unique licenses for each of them.
Since Netsuite knows who is currently logged in I would prefer a # based license fee structure that monitors total # of users logged in. That way more employees could share a license pool at a company and spread the word of how Netsuite works to friends and business associates.
