Press / Media related contacts
We have a decent amount of interaction with the press / media. We maintain a list of about 300 media contacts for TV, Newspaper, Magazine, Radio, PR firms, etc.
These contacts would not qualify as leads, prospects, customers or vendor contacts. Would anyone have any suggestion on how to track these contacts in NetSuite?
Our plan is to add them as leads with a category of Press-TV, Press-NP, Press-MA, Press-RA, Press-PR, etc.
The functionality we are after is simply contact management and the ability to send out email campaigns to each category of press contact.
