Best Practise for Classic Direct Response Sales

I wanted to throw this one out there and get some feedback on how to best implement this classic "Direct Response" Sales process into Netsuite.
We have a great (physical) product that sells exceptionally well when actually demonstrated and the prospect "trys it on". http://www.podlett.com
In order to scale this up to the web, direct-mail, and perhaps Direct Response TV, we want to implement the following tried and proven direct response sales process:
1. Prospect receives sales letter & brochure in the mail (or lands on web page & video) which strongly positions the product as a solution to their problem.
