Question on Mass duplicate record merge
I had a question thrown my way today, and found myself scratching my head - I have no idea of the answer, so want to know if anyone else does.
When going into Mass Duplicate Record merge, there are 25 records listed in each screen. There are some handy choices- mark all as duplicate, then the merge types choices-- so it appears as this is a very handy feature.....:D The person I was on the phone with was impressed, and I hated to have to burst his bubble, but I knew if I didn't warn him.....
You can only merge 10 records at a time. Period. No exceptions. NS will kick it back with this message
