User locked out for 30 minutes

I get this a lot... a user incorrectly logs in several times and is locked out of NetSuite for 30 minutes.  I understand the importance of such a security measure, however, as an administrator is there any way I can reset the lockout period for the user?  Resetting their password does not seem to help.
