Disabling "Support" Tab - How do I do it?

I would like to disable the "Support" tab on a custom role.  How do I do it?

All roles seem to have this tab regardless of whether or not a user is given access to the tab.  I would like to be able to remove it from certain custom roles.  Please respond soon.  Thank you.
