website payments pro - credit card refund issues
If we need to refund a customer and we do it from the refund button in the received return authorization, it ALWAYS gives us a credit card processing error. If we delete the authorization and just do the credit from the refund button at the cash sale ...then it always works.
We use PayPa'sl website payments pro. These are credit card transactions that we are refunding.
Is anyone else having this issue?
