How much time do you spend on NetSuite each week?
I'd like to get some responses on how much time and effort it takes to support and maintain NetSuite for a small business on a weekly basis.
We are setting up NetSuite for the first time with their webstore. The company is small, about 15 people, with around 10,000 customers right now. We'll be doing 5-10 email campaigns a month, and take about 1,000-1,500 calls a week. We'll have the usual reporting/dashboards needed to track everything. We'll continue to do minor enhancements/changes over time, and expect to double our business in a year's time.
Do each of you spend 100% of your time, 50% supporting NetSuite? Is it mostly enhancements/changes that cause you the most work?
