Well Netsuite Small Business user's, what do you think about your account?

I could go on all day about all the problems I face as a small business user, but I have to get back to workarounds for a bunch of issues.

So many times we need to modify or customize and we are told the same thing, spend more money.

I'LL spend a moment and mention a few brick walls we have run into.
were shall i start?
setting up items > no unit of measurement, shipping UPS (no module)
