NetSuite-friendly 3rd Party Email

Can anyone suggest an email provider that intergrates with NetSuite?

The native email capability in NS doesn't handle bounces or anything other than "unsubscibe".

I want to use a 3rd party email service for a newsletter and other targeted marketing purposes.  The sales reps promise the world but when I drill down, all they offer is a csv file that we have to manually upload to the customer records.

I expect our volume would average 20,000 emails/quarter so we are not large enough for the big enterprise solutions like Responsys.
