Converting New Subsidiary - Plan
Hi -
I'm still new to NS, and now am charged with developing a project plan and managing the project to convert a new subsidiary onto our One World account. I've created a plan, but am not sure if I'm missing important steps.
Does anyone have a data conversion plan they'd be willing to share? I'd like to see what others have done, and then modify my plan as needed.
We're converting data from the start of our Fiscal year to current, then want the new sub to operate on NS as of 1 July. They are already set up in our production, but we're just doing JE for balances. Now we need to import all the data (customers, items, etc) so they can do all their work on NS going forward.
