Monitoring no. of hours NetSuite use?
Hi,
Does anyone know of a way of monitoring the no. of hours a user is signed into NetSuite?
We have a Supervisor who wants to monitor the no. of hours each of their team is logged into NetSuite.
I've explained the inherent problems (e.g. time logged in to a system <> actual use, logout details not generally available for web based applications due to multiple ways of exiting application etc.). Aside from some complex analysis of login vs audit trail &/or transaction dates/times (which again has inherent problems of not picking up non-auditied use) I can't see a method to achieve this. Is anyone doing anything similar?
