Factoring / Leasing Payments
We are a construction company that works with a fixed bid and collects money from our customers in several ways. The most complicated is 3 checks collected from the customer throughout the process of the job, with the final check coming from a 3rd party.
In the this case, we will factor the amount for the final check with a 4th party who will send it to us at the beginning of the process to cover our expenses. We need to be able to track which jobs we've factored, who they have been factored with, and when we can expect to receive those funds.
