Inbound SSO question

Hello everyone.

We are looking into implementing inbound SSO (Exostar app into Netsuite).

My first question is this: I read on the Netsuite documentation that it's only allowed for those marked as Customers in Netsuite. However, does the requirement extend out to those customers to have "Login Access" checked as well as Passwords defined?
